If you've ever baked a cake for company and for one reason
or another, it didn't come out perfect, or broke in pieces,
or some other tragedy happened, don't panic...Make a different
dessert out of the one you were thinking of throwing away.
Cut up the pieces of cake into chunks and put them in a
decorative glass bowl. Add a layer of any pudding that will
compliment the kind of cake you have, add the next layer with
cut up fruit, canned (juice drained completely) or fresh fruit.
Top with a layer of Cool Whip and refrigerate for a few hours.
VOILA! Your guests will never know that the dessert they are
about to eat was a "mistake."
