Every report I've read says she's comatose.  They were showing on fox some
"alternative psychotherapy" she was undergoing....but my take on that was it
was some kind of new age mumbo jumbo.

Oh, if she is doing that, then I would say she is alive, but I would hope
she is not suffering.  That's a tough call.

I saw her on FOX news... I am not arguing that she is a vegetable, but I
will argue that she *looked* conscious.  By conscious I mean able to hold
her head up and look around instead of just laying there.  Is starving to
death the best way for her to die?
