As for the crucified bit, if you hadn't chopped all the previous post off it would show that was in response to you asking how he would be railroaded if certain evidense wasn't allowed at trial. *That* is what it was in response to, and in that light...makes sense. Go back and read what it was in response to, don't take the comment and apply it to something I wasn't talking about. :P
i read the response and i cut it to be nice to people on digest :-P im saying how do they crucify someone who hasnt even been convicted
