LOL...well we are back for lunch..we were 10 minutes late for the hovercraft simulation so we didn't get to see that...we instead went on a bus tour of the Norfolk Naval Base. Now I have lived in the area for 10 years and my ex was on a sub here...so this was all a rerun for me, but it was still interesting and the guide was doing her best..and was pretty informatative. A lot of the interns were bickering in the back of the bus..but hey...we got out of work for the week...sheesh.
We are due back on the bus at 12:45 to head to Oceana to see the F-14s or the F-18s depending on which planes are what.. I will say that the bus driver did take the long way to the base and that is why we were late...and it took forever to get on the base.
