I like meatloaf....I don't put ketchup or steak sauce on steak, however...

That's just nasty. I hate meatloaf, but putting catsup on it is even worse. I hate catsup worse than meatloaf.

If so..then try covering your meatloaf with a thin layer of catsup. It seals in the meats natural juices. Your meatloaf will come out juicy, not dry. No gravy needed.
