my husband gets evaluations every year and
a raise.
They also get other raises in between. I
can't remember the correct name for it. But basically Comcast evaluates what
other companies are paying their employees for the same jobs. If it's more, the
comcast employees get the additional pay increase.
Jack got one of these raises a couple of
months ago. Then 2 weeks ago, he got his yearly evaluation and
raise.

I call my husband an idiot all the time for not asking for a
raise. He's
been with that company for almost 12 years and has only gotten
2 raises, and
then not much of one. He basically does everything for that
company and gets
nothing.

I don't like asking for a raise, but I'm about to. But
I sure wouldn't call

Unfortunately for me, I won't get a chance to miss Joey
because he's getting
a spin off, so he'll be just as in my face as he is
now. I am not a fan of
the show, although it is funny, I just didn't
appreciate it being shoved
down my throat for the past few years,
especially when they get paid like
$10000 a minute or whatever for being
not so funny. I especially don't like
Matt LeBlanc, although the
others I could give or take, because he made a
comment that anyone in the
working world who didn't ask for a raise was an
idiot. An idiot,
folks. So those of the country that are single mom's
working at
McDonald's, if they don't ask for a raise, their idiots. Ah,
the
wisdom of Mr.
LeBlanc.
