Log analysis doesn't show quite that drastic a swing. In fact it seems
reasonably nominal. I'll keep watching it over the course of the day
as the analysis catches up to more current times.

Quite a few hours are in the 79% - 85% range which actually looks like
our capture rate is trending upward... but there are not enough data
points to make that call.

We will know more later.

The log analysis is slowed a bit when the rule strengths are
recalculated at midnight. It takes a few passes for the log analysis
engine to catch up after that heavy job. (The rule strength analysis
plows through 1/4 TB of data so it takes a few hours to do the math.)

We are a couple weeks away from a new analysis that will allow us to
do hourly updates of the rule strength numbers... we are waiting for
the data from the new summarizer to fill the current 45 day window.
