1. For Tomcat 4.1, please be sure to follow the installation instructions at 
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ws-soap/java/docs/install/tomcat.html?rev=1.17.

2. If you are just getting started, I recommend you use Apache Axis 
(http://ws.apache.org/axis/) instead, as it supports more and newer 
specifications and is still under active development.
