I would compile all the JSPs first with the provided build.xml

Hi,
Folks,
I am trying to install apache soap in my computer and experienced some
strange problem. My configuration is soap-2_3_1; jaf-1.0.2;
jakarta-tomcat-4.1.30; javamail-1.3.2; xerces-1_4_4; j2sdk1.4.2_08. I
installed it according to the installation instruction exactly and I check
it out carefully for several times. But when I try to list the available
service I will always get an exception report page like following.
I try to figure it out for days but can't get anywhere. Anybody can help me
out?
