When choosing whom to nominate for Top Ten of Soaring we have to weigh two
things.
1. What has the person done IN soaring?
2. What has the person done FOR soaring?
Each is important. Which should carry more weight? That's up to you.
Allow me to place my personal vote of confidence in Phil "the Bozo" Lontz as
the official list compiler. He knows and has flown with more folks than I can
imagine and has a clarity of thought which is admirable.
