[RCSE] M.A.D. P-40

Anybody have any pointers on putting this plane together? Strong points/weaknesses? The wing to fuselage joint seems like it might be a little shaky, as its just glued in and the manual doesn't say to remove the strapping tape before glueing it in to get a foam-to-foam bond. (should I?).  Are flapperons a good thing with this type of plane, it uses an RG-15? Using two HS-225's  for ailerons in the wing...would these be overkill for a combat plane, or should I just use 81's?                                                                TIA,                                                                 Ken J.
