Rick, don't want to get into a pis*ing contest with anyone on this thread but last January I visited my friend "Bie" in Germany. He showed me how he makes his own bubble foil wing bags just like the commercially available German bags. The material Bie uses looks very similar to the stuff you find at HD. Bie has a very simple but clever way to make seals so you can create the bag structure. Hopefully he will read this thread and share his wing bag making secrets.
I used to buy some great custom bags from www.wingbags.com but they folded. I finally went out and bought an industrial sewing machine and make my own from nylon fabric and car headliner material as the inner liner.
