With extreme sadness I have to report the passing of our best friend, "Buzz" Bruszewski on September 11, 2006. The Bluegrass Soaring Society is deeply saddened. A charter member and beloved by all, he was always supportive and tried to help each and every person who was interested in Soaring and powered RC aircraft. We have lost one of the finest men I know in the soaring clan. Please say a prayer for his beloved wife Donna. Visitation will be September 13th from 5-8:00 PM at the Kerr Funeral Home on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, Kentucky. The funeral will be at 10:00 am on Thursday September 13, 2006 at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1750 Summerhill Drive, Lexington, KY. God Bless him and now he can really soar.

Hello

How has your experience been with Spektrum radios? Is it truly glitch free
... when the ship is only a spec in the sky?

Thanks in advance ... Khan

So many folks have requested (and I hope received) the MOM spreadsheet that we should be seeing MOM contests 24/7 from now on.

Y'all please keep me updated with any improvements that you may develop!

Just in case some one missed my last post on this, I have a Multiplex P4000
TX for sale. Comes with a Multiplex hard case, neck strap, charging jack,
and extra set of longer sticks. This was my back up radio, but since
nothing ever seems to happen to these, I decided I don't need it.
$750.00 Shipped to the lower 48. Paypal OK, but add 3% for fees. I'm happy
to wait for a check or MO.
Pictures upon request.

<< Practice is over-rated. >>

Gordy Email Alert status has been raised to RED. This means conditions
are right for a full set of practice instructions to be sent to all
email addresses on this thread. =20

I swear I read it, sir! I remember, at 30 seconds you want the plane
coming directly over head, before your final base turn home. At 10
minutes, not when you feel like it.. I'm doing the work!

Wear a watch, use it : )

Seriously, you know how he gets when people talk about his practice work
ethic - this almost guarantees a reply, unless he's on a beach
somewhere....
