Since you're using just white foam,  there's not much strength  to
compromise.  However,  what will happen as you bag your wings is that the
foam will suck down to form a trough because of the void left by the
oversized tube spar hole.  A solution likely to provide a better wing would
be to reposition the joiner rod in the fuselage to allow the wings to
properly align without oversizing the tube spar hole.
