I didn't see how to do this - since you can't normally get more than one
AIL or FLP out of a 5ch RX (?).  Chris explained (patiently) that he does
it by turning AIL differential on, which then sees AIL on 1and 7 and FLP on
5 and 6.  Twiddling with the amount of differential (and setting the ACTUAL
differential with ATV), somehow works.

Incidentally Don's book discusses some quick soldering to get any or all 8
ch our of a 555 or 535.  Info also found somewhere on the web as I recall.

Either way it is not entirely obvious or simple!  Thus the improved Super8...
