How do I attach piano wire to the blue plastic (nylon?) outer sheath of
a "Goldenrod" push rod?

Due to the substantial length and small diameter of the end of my tail
boom (carbon fiber golf club shaft) I am contemplating the use of the 48
inch (Blue sheath) "Goldenrod" push rod. The inner (golden) nylon rod
connects to a metal rod that connects to a clevis. I would like to
attach a wire to the outer (blue) sheath that would then connect to a
clevis. The push rods would then be in a coaxial form through the
length of the tail boom and would move independently of one another.

What do you suggest would be a good way to attach the wire to the blue
sheath? There is no clearance inside the sheath for anything other than
the inner (golden) rod, which extends beyond the blue outer sheath at
both ends.

I would like a firm, non slip, wire to plastic connection.

Thanks.

Dave
