Dymond Models, Oshkosh, WI has a new charger called the "Super Smart
Charger" that retails for $110. It cycles/charges NiCads and NiMh. The
charge rate can be programmed or you can let the charger select the
appropriate charge rate.

I've only had mine for a few days and have not fully explored all the
features but have charged packs from 110 mah to 1400 mah nicads in
about 15 minutes and the packs only become slightly warm to the touch.
It operates from a 12V battery.

For more information, contact Dymond.

I believe they also have an 800 number, but am not sure what it is.
They advertise in several of the model publications so you may find it
there.
