Sal, I understand your situation. I used to be in a position where I ordered
products from all over the world. And I had suppliers that had difficulties getting
items in etc. HOWEVER, and this is my complaint. The did NOT repeatedly tell me it
would be here in two weeks if they were not sure of it. Honesty is the important
factor here. If you had told me from day one that... <look, these things come from
europe, I have a really hard time getting them here, and this order could take a long
time to fill, perhaps even three months>
Then we would not be having this conversation, and I could have made a more educated
decision as to whether or not I wanted to place the order. But in actuality I was
told that it would ship in two weeks on at least 4 occasions. But hey, its the
holiday season, and as long as I get my Orion before christmas I can forgive. Of
course forgiving comes easier with consolation gifts :) Just to show Im in the spirit
please add one of the videos supporting the team to my order.
