I recently went through an extensive conversation with Judy about this
very subject. Got nowhere...
I even mailed them a sample payment for RCSD to their email address,
so that all they had to do was click the link, supply a bank account,
and verify some security questions and they'd be in business with
Paypal. Well, it was evidently too much for them to handle. So I got
nowhere... Sadly I am still not a subscriber to RCSD (even though
I've Paypal'd them at least $60 for back issues and subscription
fees).
Good luck with your pursuit. I for one will be on the list to FINALLY
sign up for RCSD when Paypal is instituted.
