Is there a resource that describes, in great detail, the various methods for
launching HLG's?

I' ve been launching using the finger hole in a LB2 and an overhand throw
facing 90 degrees for the arc of the throw (like a baseball throw) but was
wondering if, other than the discus throw, there were other methods that did
not require a hold in or a peg through the fuze.

I have heard of the javelin style throw and base on knowing what that means
for a real javelin, I am not clear how it is applied to a HLG. Is the grip
on the nose, under or behind the wing or what? Is the grip applied just to
the smooth fuze sides are is there something that you need to add to improve
contact time?

Thanks,
Dave
