You did not define what your expectation of "reasonable", so I do not know
what is acceptable to you. If you want a plug-and-play complete pump
system, two companies sell units that are perfect for the home builder.

Both sell complete vacuum systems for ~ $300. You can buy a vacuum pump
alone from each for much less.
If you want to spend less and work more (time vs. money tradeoff), there are
various places around the web that tell you how to build a perfectly
adequate system out of a refridgerator compressor. Search any web search
engine with the string "vacuum bagging", and that should get you lots of
places to start.
