The worry about off-site flying interfering with those flying at known sites is quite valid. The "channel check" (I think that's the name) offered by Multiplex would be a good approach to the problem. As long as all manufacturers agreed to offer the function on all their full power transmitters. I wonder how much this function would increase the cost of radios.
