GENIE #18 is for sale. For complete info ask me to e-mail you the GENIE #18
file. 2 pages of information.

This 3 piece wing, bagged personal ship was finished late summer of 2000,
flown little that year and less in 2001. It's a unique ship, leisurely
custom-built by retired me with TLC. It is the yellow one in the website
http://www.proptwisters.org/genie/genie.html. Airfoil and planform
information are in there. Other than the pic of an Icon type tail, all the
yellow pics are of this ship. Due to some odd reflections, none of the pics
do it justice. It's elegant. Price is $750, plus shipping. Add $200 for the
4 Volz Micro-Maxx's wired in the wing to operate the all-internal Rotary
Driver System for ailerons and flaps. Nothing hangs out. Comes with 800 MAH
"stick" battery pack wired up to fit in it.

The 6' center section has the very strong center spar system consisting of
top/bottom carbon fiber spars (ACP ½" x 72" double tapered .014-.084-.014)
with dense foam webs between, all wrapped with Kevlar thread. A 1/8"
aluminum plate buried in ply laminations between the spars protrudes forward
about 3/8". The ¼" socket head bolt seats on this plate, its top flush with
the wing. The main bolt screws into a sturdy 1/8" aluminum holddown system
anchored across the fuselage. Another nylon bolt near the TE keys the wing
there in a blind nut secured in a ply plate that screws to rails inside the
fuselage. The fuse/fin is ply, CF, balsa, bass, aluminum,
