Bliss, I will send you my copy of "Endless Lift II" so you can see just
what slope combat is. Also, I have taken the liberty to copy to you the
following email from the RCSE Soaring Exchange [EMAIL PROTECTED] It
appears you (and the other VPs) have been left out of the loop. My
question is, "Why?" :-) Regis

Regis , I would like see the vid . I have talked to Carl
Maroney , but he seems to be concerned about what he calls
kinetic energy . The safey comm has not met yet , I think . It
may help to call some of the safety comm . members , before
they get too far along . It will still have to be approved
by the EC . Getting it right the first time , saves time not
having to go back to committee . Thanks for your interest .
Bliss PS My address is 625 5th Ave S. W. Hickory , N. C .

Bliss Teague
It is my understanding that the AMA is about to debate the full contact
:-) r/c combat. I suspect, owing to the scarcity of suitable slope sites
in the east, that you have not personally observed this popular r/c
activity. You should understand, that slope combat is unique in
attracting new young modelers (scale too) to r/c. While you may not have
resources to personally observe one these get-to-gathers (formal or
informal), please at least watch videos of this activity. Specifically
"Endless Lift 2" http://radiocarbonart.com/Pages/el2main.html. I would
be happy to lend you my copy.
If you have not personally observed EPP (foam) Scale Combat, please, at
least, abstain from this unwarranted (as far as gliders) debate.
Regards,
