If you use a streamer on a winch without a retriever, the reason for a chute will become evident the first time you walk out to fetch the ring -- the chute brings the line back toward you and lays it neatly on the ground, whilst the streamer falls straight down and lands far from you in a big puddle of towline. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
