The Dillon Beach entry on my personal slope list is quite limited. The infamous David Stone (Dave in Berkeley) has mentioned that he has hang glided from the dunes there back in the 70's. Mike at Performance Composites may have mentioned something about it as well but it was a long time ago. Try it and tell us about it!
