This is news(?) to me???? I doubt if there is any foundation, but I'll look into it. The only part with any POSSIBLE validity, is the "no autonomous flight", as this has been discussed as a possible reaction to security threats. "No new experimental aircraft"????? You would hear the hue and cry from EAA so loud it would deafen you, and I haven't heard a peep out of them.
