Hi Jerry,

Is it a consistent glitch whenever you drop flaps? Even on the ground? Do
you maybe have wipers on the flaps that would have carbon to carbon contact
anywhere with the wing.? That could be a source of noise.

If the glitch is on a flap channel, causing the flap to drop as a symptom,
then I don't envy you for the troubleshooting you're going to have to do.
