Says Karlton: You are saying that R/C Soaring is SO Counter-Intuitive to you that you joined this list.
Let's see: For a while I found it counterintuitive that using flaps needed elevator compensation, that ailerons and V-tails shouldn't go up and down the same amounts, that less stable planes perform better once you get the hang of rearward GCs, and that zooming is more effective when not diving half-way down to the ground. So, my answers are: YUP, YUP, YUP, and YUP. Yet, I can't be totally dumb, as I DID figure out on my own how to use a JR347 and 8103. But, I haven't seen any dedicated elevator-compensation lists, aileron and V-tail differential support groups, or self-help zooming related bulletin boards. However, I must admit that I spent some time on Dr. Gordy's special CG counseling and trimming couch. I'm neutral regarding EVO, my radio works fine. It just seemed weird that the EVO is so popular when people have trouble programming it. --- Rense Lange --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] RCSE-List facilities provided by Model Airplane News.
