When in move the flap stick just one notch the servos stop stalling. I have a
> 8103. How do I adj to get the stall out?
 
can you spell subtrim OR travel adjust?  I  can and use it for adjusting throws, when I am in an incredibly lazy state of mind, but the right thing to do is to keep Subtrims as close to zero as possible, by shortening or lengthing the flap linkage.
 
Remember a stalled servo is a servo that is on fire inside.  The brushes are glowing like heating elements and leaving tiny little burn marks on the commutator plates that when viewed with an electron microscope look amazingly like mouse tracks made by a chicken with fake mouse feet on.

Simple change your linkage till your flaps rest neutral when the flap stick is up.
And you can use your flap subtrim menu to make adjustments from there.
