I had the most fun with a Silent Squadron Komet. It was won by a club member in the Phoenix raffle the last year they had it at Rodeo Park. The guy who won it didn't fly foam (his loss) and gave it to me since he had borrowed my ship for the contest and dinged it up a bit (and then fixed it stronger than it was -Genesis wing pylon-).
I flew it in combat at the slope, bungeed it at the thermal field or anywhere else. I even taped a bunch of weight on it and flew it at Pt. Fermin. My brother just about took my head off with it the only time he tried to fly in the last 23 years or so. It met its fate on a bungee launch at the slope. When it hit the wind at the edge of the slope right after launch, it went flutter, flutter, BOOM! The wings folded and the fuse tore. I pulled the gear out and tossed it away after that.
