Have you considered using the slider bar on the right for proportional throttle control. At least it is open and would be available to be used.

                      Dear fellows

I have a JR 9303 radio and wonder if someone can help me.
I desire to have preserved the crow/camber capability AND still
have a proportional throttle function fully operational to acelerate an engine.
All this is to be used in a powered glider.
Some advice?
TKS in advance.
