Of late, I got the itch for a newer DeVille and found one with showroom appearance. They offered me so little for the older one, I decided to keep it for my aircraft carrier. When I want to look prosperous going to the gas pump, the grocery store or out for dinner, I'll drive the newer one.
I can coax 30 MPG highway out of the Caddies and have less than $8000 in the both of them. Having reached a stage in life where I'd rather have the money than what it will buy, I can't see any sense in laying out big bucks for vehicles. I'd rather give it away to people I'm interested in helping out.
Bet no one agrees with me on this one!
