Charles, I have a wind dancer and for a brief period of time I had a S400 on
7 cells in it. The performance was less than, well you know what I mean. I
upgraded to a Mega 16 15 6, direct drive with a 9.5 Aero-Naut CAM folding
prop, powered by a 3c lipo and controled by a Castle Creations Phx 10.
Performance is amazing. Vertical climbs to limits of vision in less than 20
sec. What else can I say. Oh and you can climb to alt as many times as you
like. It's a real performer.

Have a speed 400 motor with planetary gearbox with 3-cell LoPo's in my
PoleCat Wind Dancer. Want to upgrade the motor to a brushless system. I
do not fly it in competion - it's a fun flier for me. I just want more
scoot to get to altitude. What has worked for you?
