Able to communicate in English, good interpersonal skill, and motivate people 4. Knowledge in HSE risk Management 5. Familiar with Indonesian HSE regulatory requirements 6. Good experience to develop UKL and UPL 7. Have AMDAL A & B Certificates 8. Familiar with erosion, sedimentation, reclamation and re vegetation.
