Question: Does one get just one MEP for a region or several? For
example, you are in East Midlands (right?). There are 6 MEPs for East
Midlands. Are they *all* your MEPs or just one of them?
I think that asking MEPs a few questions could clear things up a bit.

I want to ask if the new constitution will make it easier or harder for
the Parliament to stop software patents (or have no effect). I know that
the constitution will increase the power of the Parliament compared to
the evil Council of Ministers (make them more equal). But the Parliament
might still be losing power on that one area.
