Not sure. I had Malcom Harbour MEP here to discuss software patents
about a year ago. He didn't pursuade me and I didn't pursuade him. He is
a WM MEP and is particularly interested in getting the SWPAT bill
through. He's a Conservative but on this issue he is siding with Arlene
McCarthy who is the main UK Government advocate of software patents
