According to the EULA, you're not to download files off of the Wayback

Did you contact the site administrator? Maybe they can zip it for you.
I would think any aggregator that follows links could do it, just
point it to the first page for each archive date. I have never tried,
but I love that site, because I have caught people in lies. :)
