The two options which seem appropriate are "Netscape Communicator" which
does nothing with TB and "Generic MAPI Client" which opens TB and then
promptly takes an indefinite break "retrieving messages". This applies
for my Clie Mail and my Eudora.
I use Palm Sync, and set the mail program to Netscape 4.5. It didn't
work at first if I recall (long ago) but then it did, I don't remember
exactly what I did, sorry I can't be of more help. :(
