Absolutely correct. A Professor Hart in his book, "Money, Debt and Economic
Activity" in 1953, wrote, in criticizing the A+B Theorem, after making some
insulting remarks and referring to it as a "sort of monetary cult (which it
is not) and incorrectly stating the Theorem (which most critics do):
"The 'Theorem' proves too much. On an average, for firms in an individual
economy, the A's are only a fraction of total costs. Only a fraction of a
year's output. therefore, could be sold. At this rate, the economic machine
must have become completely jammed long ago, with all output stopped - but
how did we fail to notice it?"

This type of reasoning which has been rampant in the teaching of Economics
has led to utter confusion and distortions. Professor Hart like many of his
current day counterparts will never admit that the system has not "jammed
with all output stopped" because there is a continuous flow of purchasing
power from a source other than wages, salaries and dividends as the Theorem
states. This is commonly known as borrowing, debt, which has been increasing
at all levels of society.

There is a simple way to prove Douglas and Social Crediters wrong in their
statements. Stop banks lending tomorrow. No more, bank card, or credit
(debt) cards of any description. Then see if all output will stop.
