You can try to use the values obtained with:
http://www.port.de/cgi-bin/tq.cgi?ctype=Philips&CLK=8&sample_point=87.5

It is important to know the ingoing clock frequency. I used 8 MHz, because 
usual the SJA1000 is used with an 16 MHz crystal oscillator.
