Hello! I have installed Linux Ubuntu 10.10 on nanoETXexpress-HMI Baseboard, COM Express™ COM.0 Type 1 and have problems with CAN controller. I have downloaded socket-can sources and after excluding from Makefile VUSB part (when compiler reachs it? it gave implicit function declaration error) have successfully build it. After that I have moved *.ko files to a folder specified in the instruction. modbrobe mcp251x and other hasn't brought result ( have no char device or network interface). After installing SocketCan driver still have no char device or network interface. Please recommend me any solution. Sorry for my bad English, Best Regards. Nicolay Radish.
