The sangoma card is basically obsolete now.  It does not support ADSL2+.

The new chips that support ADSL2+ are mostly integrated packages with
ethernet and USB ports builtin.  Some even have MIPS processors on
board.   I don't think it's cost effective to make PCI cards (or
mini-PCI) for ADSL support. It's probably lower performance too.
