Hi, Thank you. I have successfully build the sofsip-cli on my RedHat 4 machine (without gstreamer).

And it looks No, you don't need gstreamer-0.10, it's optional (although without gstreamer you cannot initiate media sessions, but sofsip-cli comes with a dummy implementation that just sets up the session but does not actually send any RTP).
