What about the AD9850 (and subsequent) chips?  I keep
looking at the  NJQRP DDS Daughtercard and thinking
"get one and bring out the Q output".  Unfortunately,
though, I'm just in the thought phase of this, and
don't have any actual experience with it yet.  But, it
seems such an obvious thing to do that I'm surprised
that no-one has put together a single-board SDR kit
with it.  Or have they and I'm just displaying
newbishness?  :o)
