I also used the

"Copy Weights and Color from instance to mesh" by Andrey Maximov


compounds to transfer the particle colours to a CAV property map which means 
you can mix in some randomness to the textures in the Rendertree.

It doesn't transfer the UVs to a cluster property, instead they get stored in 
an ICE vector attribute. Freezing has retained this attribute for me in the 
past.
