This thread is a gift that keeps on giving.
It's now officially got better than Dexter season 2 and is just about near
catching up to Breaking Bad.

If AD should take anything from it it's probably not so much the hate and
the mis-trust (although there is such a thing as getting a hint :) ), it's
probably that they're at that point where they really, really need more
transparency and clearer comm channels.

It takes hundreds of threads and e-mails, public and private, to barely
form a very fuzzy picture of what is going on.

While small companies and start-ups have to face the problem of client
insecurity (as a client can you promise me you will exist in six months?),
the large ones would do well to remember they are confusing. Asterix in
Rome, Gilliam's Brazil confusing :)
