Two tips from me for this project. First thing is, I think it would be great if we can show what Softimage is capable of. I saw many people on the joining list have diverse talent, so I guess it is not going to be a problem to put super high quality character, cute character, great animation, ICE simulation, and rendering in given story.
Second thing is, when you guys share files, I like to recommend you guys to use Google Drive. Paul makes a Google Drive account and send invitation to others. Others accept it and share it, and then add that Google Drive folder into Softimage project list. If you guys do this way, you guys don't even need to think about uploading and downloading. It's going to automatically share everything in that folder. I am making my 15min long short animation for animation festival, and 3D aritsts are working remotely from the world. We do share files without any problems with Google Drive.
