Sorry to dig this up again, but I started wondering about this (and it isn't meant as some provocative line of questioning BTW), but Shave and a Haircut & PhysX (the non-ICE variant obviously) were part of the non-commercial offering that was the Mod Tool 7.5.
How was this made possible?
