A dispassionate word of advice to anybody who wishes to work in the performance 
departments around here: Shed your software allegiances, whatever we use is so 
heavily augmented by our own framework, and the base builds so rooted in our 
procedural rigging API, that whether we nominally use Maya or Soft as a client 
you barely spend any time in either on a brick movie. 90% of the time TDs spend 
rigging anything is either in an IDE or in our own propietary system.
